If you’re a high-masking or late-diagnosed woman navigating corporate life and burn out— this content is for you. You’re not “lazy”. There’s nothing wrong with you. The corporate world just wasn’t designed with Neurodivergent brains in mind. It took me 13+ years to learn how to create a career that works for me, and I’ll share it with you here for free.

About Me: I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD millennial woman working in Tech. I’ve spent 13+ years polishing my corporate mask and being regarded as a “high-performer”, while struggling behind the scenes— crashing on my couch in executive dysfunction after work, and battling burnout & depression cycles ever year. Turns out it wasn’t willpower or laziness. It was my brain running two systems at once in a workplace never built for it.

This newsletter is what I wish I’d had: practical, lived-in writing and resources for dressing for work, asking for what you need without shrinking, and building a career that fits a neurodivergent nervous system. The knowledge lives in three places:

  1. Sensory-friendly workwear — because looking “professional” shouldn’t mean being uncomfortable. Tagless, seamless, non-itchy, no-stiff item picks that still read boardroom-appropriate. All of my recommendations have been tried and loved by me.

  2. Work situations — the accommodations conversation you’re scared to start, disclosure decisions, executive dysfunction at work, the HR and medical leave landscape, and scripts for asking for what you need without torching your career.

  3. Lifestyle — the post-presentation/meeting shutdown, unmasking after hours, burnout recovery, and the slow work of building a life that fits your brain instead of bending your brain to fit the job.

It took me 13+ years to learn these things and I’ll share them with you here for free.
