The goal isn’t just to survive the work day. It’s to also enjoy living.
What You’ll Find Here:
Research-informed writing & tools on workplace psychology, HR expertise, lived experience & Neurodivergence. No corporate Kool-Aid, just occasional dark humor.
Who’s Behind This?
I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD nerd in her 30s, with 13+ yrs in HR Strategy + a Masters in I/O Psychology. My career focused on studying how people experience work, & how the systems actually operate.
I created Highmasking9-5 because burnout & a late-diagnosis forced me to reconsider how I worked, what I could sustain, & what success meant to me. This newsletter gives other late-diagnosed women the clarity & structure I wish I’d had.
This Is For You If:
You’re exhausted after work, even when your job looks successful on paper.
You’ve spent years masking, over-performing, or ignoring your own needs.
You’re questioning whether your current career still fits
You aren’t a millionaire and still need a paycheck, but believe work shouldn’t be a soul-sucking experience that leaves you disassociating on your couch. So you want clearer options for next steps or a framework to help you think things through.
